This year, the traditional Saint Sorlin d'Arves Village Festival will take place at Le Plan du Moulin.
Stalls, tastings of local produce, folk dancing and entertainment… A wonderful day of festivities awaits you!
2026 Programme:
• 10.15 am: Vendors’ village and introduction to the village
• 11 am: Traditional Beaufort cheese-making
• 11.30 am: Tug-of-war competition
• 12 noon: Lunch in aid of the Étendard Ski Club
• 2 pm: Book signing by Sorlinette
• 2.30 pm: Wood carving with Zian des Alpes
• 3 pm: Introduction to sheep farming and a herding dog demonstration
• 4 pm: Alps horn
• 4.30 pm: Waiter’s performance by the ASPECTS Museum Association
• 5 pm: Presentation of the Soldanelles costume followed by traditional dances
• 5.30 pm: Reception hosted by the Town Hall
All day: Refreshments and treats, market stalls, wooden games, farm animals, ponies, face painting, live music, volleyball matches and board games on loan from the Les Saiso de St So association, opening of St Joseph’s Chapel.
Information:
• Meal: Piedmontese salad, diot/polenta, Beaufort cheese and blueberry tart – €20 for adults and €12 for under-12s.
