DVA - Igloo - Nivology
• Evaluate the cohesion and stability of the blanket of snow
• Master the use of the DVA (Avalanche Victim Detector)
• Build a shelter resistant to winter conditions
Provide backpack, warm fleece jacket, gloves, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water, snacks.
Snowshoes and poles can be hired from a sports shop.
Maximum number of people : according to the numbers of Mountain Guides available.
Opening period
From 12/12/2026 to 09/04/2027 daily between 1.30 pm and 5.30 pm.

Tarifs
For groups of up to 10 people :
Snow conditions assessment or shelter (2 hours) : From 150€ for school groups and €195 during the holidays
Avalanche transceiver training and emergency procedures (2 hours) : From 180€ for school groups and 260€ during the holidays.
