Trail Area – Route No. 6 – L'Ouillon

Starting from the Tourist Office of the village of Saint Sorlin d'Arves (alt.1500m), this route takes you over the village through the pastures and old sheepfolds of Praz Bel. You will start with a climb up to Ouillon (alt 2400m), the highest pasture in Europe - also proposed as a challenge. You will discover a 360 ° panorama with the Mont Blanc range, the Aiguilles d'Arves and the Belledonne massif as a backdrop. You will then descend to the Col de la Croix de Fer before going on with the tour of the small lakes of altitude Potron and Guichard to find a little freshness before returning to the Col and to take the way of Sanières overhanging the village and the Arves valley for the return.
