I welcome you, by appointment, to a friendly space dedicated to well-being through different sports and practices.
There are also naturopathic, fun workshops.
Sophrology is based on the principle of positive action.
With sophrology, we strengthen our capacities and release the tensions of everyday life. We adopt a lasting positive attitude, which makes it easier to manage our emotions, conflicts, stressful situations, self-confidence and the affirmation of our choices and desires.
I work with you to help you meet your needs and expectations and achieve your goals.
Sessions can be individual or group.

Opening period
From 13/12/2025 to 11/04/2026 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday between 9 am and 8 pm. Closed on Saturday.
From 04/07 to 29/08/2026 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday between 9 am and 8 pm. Closed on Saturday.
From 01/09 to 11/12/2026 from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4 pm. Closed weekends.
Tarifs
Sophrology group session : 1h : 12€ ( 5 sessions card : 55€)
Sophrology individual session : 1h : 50€
Agua sofro summer : 1h: 15€ (5 people max).
