Swimming: 1800m at Saint-Rémy-de-Maurienne
Cycling: 100km and 3400m of ascent
Passage through Saint Jean d'Arves on the panoramic road, past the hamlets of Villard, Planchamps and La Tour on the way to the Croix de Fer Pass.
Run: 16km with 400m ascent at Saint-François-Longchamp
