I welcome you, by appointment, to a friendly space dedicated to well-being through different sports and practices.
There are also naturopathic, fun workshops.
Naturopathy helps us to regain and maintain emotional and physical balance through personalised support based on diet, physical condition and emotional management.
Advice is tailored to meet individual needs and objectives.
The tools I use to help you are Nutritherapy, Aromatherapy, Phytotherapy, flower essences, Oligotherapy and Foot Reflexology.
Natural cosmetics workshops: In small groups and in a friendly atmosphere, learn how to make 2 products of your choice that are useful in everyday life, using gentle organic ingredients.
You'll go home with your own products, recipe booklet and reusable containers so you can use them at home.

From 14/12/2024 to 18/04/2025 between 9 am and 8 pm.
Closed on Saturday.
From 12/05 to 28/06/2025, every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 9 am and 4.30 pm.
From 05/07 to 30/08/2025 between 9 am and 8 pm.
