Management: Our rental stock consists of flats and chalets for 2 to 15 people.
Our aim is to give our customers a warm welcome so that they enjoy a pleasant stay in the heart of our mountains.
Management: Co-ownership management only in Saint Sorlin d'Arves and Saint Jean d'Arves.
Sales and valuations: Chalets, flats, studios, new developments.
Opening period
From 13/12/2025 to 10/04/2026 from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 5 pm. Closed on Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday and December 25th.
From 04/07 to 29/08/2026 from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. On Saturday between 3 pm and 6 pm. Closed on Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on July 14th and August 15th.
Tarifs
Management : 25% of rentals
Linen :
- 1 towel pack (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel) for €9
- 1 single duvet cover pack (1 single sheet + 1 single duvet cover + 1 pillowcase) for €15
- 1 double duvet cover pack (1 double sheet + 1 double duvet cover + 2 pillowcases) for €16
- 1 bath mat for €4
- 1 tea towel for €3
Sales : 6.5 to 13%
