Located on the third floor of the chalet, Apartment 301 offers the same generous amount of space as the apartment directly below it, with the added benefit of higher ceilings that provide an even clearer view of the peaks of Saint Sorlin d'Arves.
Its 116 square meters feature three separate sleeping areas arranged around a spacious, open-concept living room, offering comfort tailored to large families and groups of friends.
Access to the chalet’s wellness area—including a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room—is reserved for residents and open in the evenings according to a schedule provided upon arrival; children under 12 are not permitted.
