Make the most of the summits and admire a 360° panorama of wild slopes and views over the ski area.
From the Crête de la Balme you can enjoy a panoramic view of all the surrounding peaks, including the Glacier de Saint Sorlin, the Aiguilles d'Arves and the Ouillon. There are also two high-altitude restaurants to enjoy this walk.
Detailed route
After arriving at the top of the Plan du Moulin Express chairlift (no. 60), follow the start of the Boulevard piste uphill towards the top of the Blanchards chairlift (no. 68). Continue straight on, then descend towards the combe and start to climb the other side. You can then access 2 high-altitude restaurants or follow the route back up along the ‘Col des lacs’ piste.
The route continues towards the top of the Rouet chairlift (no. 71) and then the Les Choseaux chairlift (no. 70), which takes you back to the village.
