LAKES AND DAYS WHEN FISHING IS PERMITTED
Opening from 6 June 2026 :
-- Lac Laitelet --
Access via the RD926 road, 1 km downstream from the Col de la Croix de Fer. Lake accessible by vehicle from the roadside. Fishing permitted on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays and public holidays from 2pm to 7pm.
Trout only (3 catches per person). Spoon fishing prohibited.
-- Lacs Blanc and Bramant --
Access in 2½ hours from the Col de la Croix de Fer. Overnight accommodation available at the Étendard refuge.
Fishing permitted every day (6 catches per person).
-- Lacs Guichard* and Potron --
Access in 10-15 minutes from the Col de la Croix de Fer. From the pass, take the road opposite the cross. After 10 meters, at the fork, take the left-hand path and follow it for about 500 metres towards the Choseaux chairlift. Lake Guichard is just below ; you can reach it by walking straight down into the meadow.
Fishing is permitted every day (6 catches per person).

-- Lac de Grand' Maison --
Road access via the RD 926, 5 km after the Col de la Croix de Fer towards Bourg d'Oisans. The lake is accessible by vehicle at its end on the Col de la Croix de Fer side.
Fishing is permitted every day (6 catches per person).
Fishing permits can be purchased online at www.cartedepeche.fr.
Permits are also on sale at the Saint Sorlin d'Arves Tourist Office in July and August.
A photo is required for weekly and annual permits. Equipment hire : contact the Tourist Office.

Adult: 61.20 to 103 €
Teenager: 21.60 to 28 €
Day Card: 11.80 to 17 €
Weekly Card: 22.10 to 36.50 €
Woman discovery card: 22.40 to 42 €
Discovery card -12 years: 7 to 8 €.
