Head for the Col de la Croix de Fer along this signposted path at an altitude of over 2,000 metres.
In winter, this famous pass is only accessible on foot or by ski touring, making it much less popular than the rest of the year. Enjoy a magnificent view of the flagship peaks of Les Sybelles: the Glacier de Saint Sorlin, the Aiguilles d'Arves, the Ouillon... There's no doubt about it, this is the ideal spot for a picnic with family or friends!

Detailed route
When you reach the top of the Les Choseaux chairlift, turn right towards the Col de la Croix de Fer. Continue to follow the signs to the Col.
To return, retrace your steps and take the Choseaux chairlift on the way down.
