Awaken your vitality: warm-up, Nordic walking, sheathing, recovery and home energy snack.

Booking is compulsory due to the limited number of places. You can book the hikes either at the Montagne des Arves Office (Arvan Photo shop in Saint Sorlin d'Arves) or at the Tourist Office in Saint Jean d'Arves.
The meeting on Thursday afternoon is in front of the car park of the Chapel des Chambons in Saint Jean d'Arves.

Walking sticks provided.

Opening period

From 26/06 to 09/09, every Thursday.

Postponed in case of bad weather.

Adult: 25 €.
